Summary: Our client, a major Oil and gas company, is seeking a SCM Planning & Performance Analyst for an initial 1-year contract based in Houston, TX. The role involves managing SharePoint sites, developing Power BI dashboards, and supporting KPI reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with Power Automate and SharePoint Online. This position requires effective communication and organizational skills to support SCM leadership and ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and lists.
- Create and maintain Power Automate forms and workflows; resolve issues as needed.
- Update, maintain, and develop Power BI dashboards.
- Provide support in developing and reporting on KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in analysis of performance against external benchmarks and prepare concise reports.
- Provide flexible, cross-functional support and maintain clear documentation for task continuity.
- Provide support for ad-hoc analytics reporting needs requested by SCM leadership.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online including site and list management.
- Ability to build and maintain Power Automate workflows.
- Experience with Power BI dashboarding and data modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and KPI management experience.
