Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and document experiments under the guidance of a manager.
• Develop and optimize analytical methods using HPLC/UPLC systems.
• Design AQbD experiments and leverage experimental data for chromatographic separation modeling.
• Perform sample analysis using HPLC/UPLC with UV or MS detection.
• Analyze and interpret data, write technical reports, and establish protocols.
• Stay informed on advancements in therapeutic small molecule and oligonucleotide development by attending relevant meetings and seminars.

Key Skills:

• Fundamental lab skills, including pipetting, solution preparation, and centrifugation.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC/UHPLC systems and related software.
• Strong understanding of liquid chromatography (LC) separation principles.
• Familiarity with LCMS is preferred.
