Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt lessons to suit the needs of children
• Create a stimulating learning environment
• Support KS4 pupils
• Work alongside the Curriculum Lead to ensure the curriculum is up to date and meets the needs of the students
• Conduct assessments and progress reports for individual pupils
• Provide additional revision and focus sessions for students
• Ensure pupils are meeting set targets
• Produce interactive and engaging lesson plans to deliver to the learners

Key Skills:

• Have previous experience working in a secondary school/PRU
• Hold a QTS or degree within science
