Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Aseptic Units, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Aseptically manufacture and issue various IV medicines and clinical trial medications.
• Supervise the production process and maintain a sterile environment in accordance with SOPs and GMP.
• Dispense controlled drugs and ensure accurate record-keeping for stock control.
• Train and supervise junior staff, including Pharmacy Technicians and Pre-registration Pharmacists.
• Participate in departmental planning and contribute to service development initiatives.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and departmental policies.
