Key Responsibilities:
- Working directly with schools to improve teaching quality and pupil outcomes

- Supporting departments and leadership teams to embed evidence-informed strategies
- Using examiner insight and assessment expertise to help schools refine curriculum, pedagogy, and exam readiness
- Delivering professional development, modelling best practice, and driving sustainable improvement
Key Skills:
- Recent school experience in a Science-related role
- Proven track record of improving outcomes at departmental, faculty, or whole-school level
- Experience as a Middle Leader, Head of Department, Lead Practitioner, or Senior Leader of Education
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- Expertise in evidence-informed teaching strategies
- Ability to deliver professional development and model best practices
