Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs (carpentry, plumbing, painting, basic electrical work)
- Ensure the site is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
- Open and lock the school premises, ensuring proper security procedures are followed
- Monitor and manage heating, lighting, and alarm systems
- Conduct regular health & safety checks, including risk assessments and compliance checks
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external agencies when required
- Support school events and activities by setting up rooms and moving equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues promptly
