Summary: The School Mental Health Programme Manager will oversee Wellbeing Services and therapeutic interventions for children under 11 in Southwark schools. This role involves managing teams of Wellbeing Coaches and therapeutic practitioners to implement mental health initiatives for students, parents, and teachers. The manager will be responsible for building relationships with school staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and developing resources for mental health support. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Wellbeing Coaches and therapeutic practitioners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with teachers and school staff for effective engagement in mental health support.

• Quality assure service delivery and provide frontline support.
