- Handle petty cash, school fund accounts, and oversee income collection
- Assist with procurement, obtaining quotes, and ensuring best value
- Support year-end financial procedures and audits
- Liaise with suppliers, local authority finance teams, and auditors
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR and financial regulations
- Provide administrative support to the wider school office when needed
