School Finance Administrator - Long-Term Cover (8am-4pm)
Location: Bolton
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Contract: Ongoing Long-Term

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Finance Administrator to join a busy school office on an ongoing long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong financial experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the school's finance team with day-to-day financial operations

  • Processing accounts, invoices, and purchase orders

  • Managing ordering, deliveries, and budget tracking

  • Assisting with financial queries from staff, suppliers, and parents

  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining financial records

  • Supporting wider office duties as required
