Scheduling Expert - SAP e-PPDS

Summary: The Scheduling Expert role at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) focuses on delivering harmonized processes for the GSC Production Planning stream within the S/4 HANA template, specifically utilizing SAP e-PPDS. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver harmonised processes within the S/4 HANA template on SAP e-PPDS, replacing existing tools.
• Ensure strict adherence to the global S/4 HANA template with an “adopt not adapt” approach.
• Define business requirements for GSC Scheduling/Production Planning and collaborate with functional teams.
• Support robust unit, system, and user acceptance testing, resolving design issues as needed.
• Ensure E2E alignment across ERP program for Scheduling/Production Planning processes.
• Work with Process SMEs to identify and develop solutions to mitigate risks/issues.
• Support the development of education and training materials and change management.
• Ensure programme benefits are delivered through implementation of Production Planning processes.

Key Skills:

• 10 years of process and system experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP APO PPDS and/or e-PPDS.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel internationally if required.
