Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure for software and OS deployment.
• Windows 11 deployment across the organisation.
• Perform build servicing and image management.
• Package and deploy applications using SCCM and Intune.
• Configure and manage Windows AutoPilot and Windows Hello.
• Create, manage, and deploy Group Policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure and efficient endpoint management.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
• Proven track record in Windows 11 deployment and build servicing.
• Expertise in application packaging and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows AutoPilot.
• Familiarity with Windows Hello configuration and support.
• Proficient in Group Policy creation, management, and deployment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
