Summary: The SCADA (OAT Analyst) role involves conducting Operational Acceptance Testing for SCADA systems within a major digital transformation program. This 6-month contract, based in Warwick, requires active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it and follows a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) to validate SCADA system performance, stability, reliability, and readiness for production.
• Collaborate with ART teams, Product Owners, and SMEs to define test requirements in user stories and test cases.
• Prepare, execute, and track test activities using tools like JIRA/XRAY, ensuring alignment with the Test Strategy and Test Plans.
• Identify, track, and assist in resolving risks and issues related to SCADA system testing.
• Document test results, report defects, and support root cause analysis and resolution planning.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of SCADA architecture, operations, and communication protocols (e.g., IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus).
• Hands-on experience with OAT practices in a power utility SCADA environment.
• Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and validate resilience and operational functionality.
• Experience working in Agile teams, including Scrum processes and sprint planning.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, XRAY, or HP-ALM for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
