Technical PM
Clearance required: MOD SC cleared (needs to already hold SC)
Interview process: Tech IV
Location:
Hybrid, High Wycombe, Farnborough
Hybrid working, with an expectation of 2-3 days on client site per week, alongside occasional visits to Capgemini offices as required.
IR35 Status: PAYE via Umbrella company only
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex IT, software and/or data projects.
- Strong project management skills, including schedule, risk, issue, dependency and financial management.
- Experience managing technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and software release management.
- Knowledge of data platforms, data integration and enterprise software delivery.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-supplier delivery environment.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, containerised applications and cloud-native delivery.
Desirable
- MOD, Defence Digital or RAF/Air domain experience.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (inc VMWare)
- Experience of secure, regulated or mission-critical technology environments.
