SC Project Management Support - Birmingham

Summary: The role involves providing project management support with a focus on leading teams and ensuring compliance with client requirements in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will manage project deliverables, stakeholder relationships, and risk assessments while adhering to local policies. Candidates with high-level security clearance are preferred, and security clearance will be required prior to appointment. The position is contracted with a target project end date of December 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead teams in delivering work packages or project stages in partnership with customers and business units.
• Define work package or project stage requirements and manage the agreement process of requirements and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with client working practices and local policies.
• Report to the Project or Program Manager through Highlight Reports and stage assessments.
• Utilize formal review procedures and manage risks associated with project deliverables.
• Ensure visibility of the impact on the business unit's profit & loss due to project activities.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at the project level.
• Align personal objectives with Project or Program objectives.
• Support the Project in complying with associated policies.
