Summary: The role is for a Test Engineer with SC clearance, based in Newcastle, Blackpool, or Manchester, requiring in-office presence ideally twice a week. The position is set to start as soon as possible and will last until April 29, 2026. The candidate will be responsible for utilizing various testing tools and building automation tests within a cloud-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize testing tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, and SOAP UI.
• Build automation tests using Java, Cucumber, Selenium, JavaScript, HTML, and Playwright.
• Implement CI/CD tools and methodologies including Git, Jenkins, and Concourse.
• Conduct testing in microservices and cloud-based architectures (AWS/Azure).
• Collaborate using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Key Skills:

• Professional experience with testing tools (Rest Assured, Postman, SOAP UI).
• Experience in building automation tests using Java, Cucumber, Selenium, JavaScript, HTML, and Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies (Git, Jenkins, Concourse).
