Key Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of MDE rollout and integration across cloud (Azure/AWS) and on-prem environments.
- Lead the technical implementation of onboarding processes, configuration policies, and automation scripts.
- Define and enforce security controls, leveraging "Secure by Design" principles across varied system architectures.
- Collaborate closely with CSOC teams, engineers, and security SMEs to align delivery with operational goals.
- Ensure all systems meet policy and compliance standards, validating configuration, licensing, and access controls.
- Perform post-implementation reviews and continuous improvements, with detailed technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and delivery guidance to internal and client-side engineering teams, driving quality and consistency across the solution.
Key Skills:
- Strong, demonstrable experience in hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) across hybrid infrastructures.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Defender configurations, including tuning ASR rules, managing RBAC, and setting baselines.
- Practical experience deploying and managing MDE on Linux endpoints and servers, including scripting, tuning, and systems hardening.
