Summary: The role of SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a global consultancy. Candidates must possess current SC Clearance and will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery through high-quality applications and workflows. The position requires proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow’s SPM suite, applications, modules, and workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other areas.
  • Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.

Key Skills:

  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  • One or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) preferred.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, or Performance Analytics preferred.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.

Salary (Rate): £480 daily

SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer - 3 -6 months - £400-480pd Inside IR35- Hybrid working ( London) Please note: Only candidates with current and active SC Clearance will be considered. Due to the nature of the work, my client is unable to sponsor or initiate SC clearance at this time. My client are a Global Consultancy who are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications and workflows that support business objectives and improve service delivery.
