Summary: The role of SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer involves working onsite in Hatfield three days a week on a three-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Design & build high-quality ServiceNow solutions while providing advice on implementation and best practices.
- Deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements.
- Maintain robust understanding of the Now Platform and additional ServiceNow applications.
- Communicate complex issues to meet business and customer requirements.
- Stay updated with market developments, technologies, products, and strategies.
- Ensure adherence to coding and design standards and provide technical documentation.
- Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements.
- Assist with system testing and UAT.
- Escalate issues in line with company processes to meet customer demands.
- Attend and present at customer meetings to ensure understanding of requirements.
- Record, qualify, and question customer requirements in complex projects.
Key Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and technical best practices.
- Strong understanding of the Now Platform and related applications.

What you'll do
- Our Technical Consultants design & build high quality ServiceNow solutions, while providing advice and guidance on all matters relating to ServiceNow implementation and technical best practice.
- Delivering high quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements
- Robust Now Platform Implementation understanding, with in-depth knowledge in additional ServiceNow applications
- Able to communicate on complex issues, to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations
- Keep up to date with current and future market developments, technologies, product and strategies
- Ensuring adherence to our coding and design standards, and providing technical hand-over documentation
- Increasing application operating efficiency and adapting to new requirements, as necessary.
- Assisting with system testing and UAT
- Escalate issues in line with company processes, to ensure customer demands are met
- Attend and present at customer meetings to ensure understanding of customer requirements and to assist with knowledge transfer
- Recording, qualification and questioning of customer requirements, even in complex projects and in the case of unclear customer requirements.
