Summary: The role of SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a Global Consultancy. The position requires collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver applications that enhance service delivery. The developer will participate in Agile cycles and ensure adherence to best practices and governance. This is a hybrid working role based in London, with a contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow's SPM suite, applications, modules, and workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other areas.
- Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.
Key Skills:
- Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications and workflows that support business objectives and improve service delivery.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
