SC Cleared - Senior IT (Data Centre Break/Fix) Engineer - (London Area)

Working Hours 7.5-hour working day between 07:00 - 19:00 (flexible within this window)

About The Role

You'll be part of our Ring Fenced Team (RFT) , a group of 15 engineers supporting the London area. The team provides cover for sickness, holidays, resource-on-demand requests, and project work across multiple customer accounts-including government and banking sectors. Due to the nature of these clients, Security Clearance (SC) will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intermediate to advanced desktop support including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and break/fix services.
  • Deliver basic Wintel server support including installation, configuration, administration, and hardware repairs.
  • Support a variety of hardware and software platforms, accredited through vendor training (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo).
  • Occasionally drive a customer-supplied vehicle to satellite sites-clean driving license required.
