- Drive testing and integration efforts at the British Underwater Test and Evaluation Centre (BUTEC) and Farnborough reference facilities.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and oversee technical work.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in developing test plans, documentation, and technical reports.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, ensuring high engineering standards are maintained.
- Communicate effectively across disciplines, bridging gaps between technical and project teams.
- Maintain detailed design, testing, and integration documentation, including technical roadmaps and reports.
