Senior Consultant & Director Opportunities - Business Transformation (SC Cleared)

Day Rate: £500 (Senior Consultant)/£800 (Director)
Contract: Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid - approximately 2 days per week in London
Start: Mid-November

We are supporting a major public sector transformation programme focused on digitising operational processes within a complex, security-cleared environment. The initiative aims to streamline and optimise a range of frontline workflows through digital tools and improved business processes.

Senior Consultant - Business Process Analyst/Project Delivery
Rate: £500/day (Inside IR35)
You will lead on the analysis and redesign of multiple operational processes, identifying efficiency gains and supporting delivery of a new digital solution. Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement and process mapping skills are essential.

Director - Programme Lead/Transformation Delivery
Rate: £800/day (Inside IR35)
You will oversee a small delivery team, providing strategic guidance, managing client relationships and ensuring successful mobilisation and execution. Proven experience leading transformation or optimisation projects in complex, regulated or public sector settings is required.
