SC Cleared Senior Business Analyst - London/Hybrid - Requirements Gathering, BPMN, Agile

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a large-scale transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyse current processes, define future state solutions, and translate business requirements into clear deliverables for delivery teams.

• MUST HAVE CURRENT AND ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE
• Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Strong process mapping and business modelling experience, including BPMN 2.0.
• Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience delivering current state, future state and gap analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to conduct impact assessments and identify business risks and dependencies.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Visio and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on complex enterprise change and transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering Business Analysis projects within Financial Services, Banking and Payments environments, with a focus on Trading, Investment Banking and/or Treasury.
• Expertise in at least one of the following:
• Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM), including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection and Sanctions Screening.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), preferably SAP.
• Data Business Analysis, including data requirements, data modelling, data quality, data lineage, reporting and analytics.
• Data, loan valuation, asset-backed securities, risk modelling and collateral management.
• Financial markets, securities settlement or market infrastructure, including Crest and post-trade processes.
• CRM platforms and customer, stakeholder and operational process transformation.
• Strong Business Analysts with broad Banking and Payments experience who meet the essential criteria will also be considered.
