Summary: The role is for a Security Cleared Scrum Master to lead Agile projects for an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension. The position requires on-site work in Farnborough for four days a week, with one day working from home. iO Associates are looking for an actively Security Cleared Scrum Master to come on board with one of our clients for an initial 3 month project with a good chance of extension.
We're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (eg daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Ability to remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (eg SAFe, LeSS)
