Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts (manual and automated) for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software bugs using JIRA, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Python, Java, JUnit) to enhance testing efficiency.
- Build test environments, manage test data, and conduct API/database validation.
- Participate in agile team meetings (Scrum), review requirements, and contribute to code reviews to ensure quality from early stages.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Selenium and TestNG, along with programming skills in Python and Java.
- Experience with SQL for data validation and bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Typically, 3-5+ years in software quality assurance, with solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
