Summary: The SC Cleared Project Manager is tasked with delivering a range of technology projects that align with the organization's digital, operational, and security objectives. This role encompasses the entire project life cycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while adhering to governance and security standards. The Project Manager will coordinate across various workstreams, including infrastructure and cybersecurity, to achieve successful project outcomes. Candidates must possess active SC clearance and relevant project management experience in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT infrastructure, application, cloud, cybersecurity, and transformation projects end-to-end.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and maintain core artefacts such as PIDs, RAID logs, plans, and governance documentation.
  • Ensure projects follow PMO standards, change control, quality frameworks, and security requirements.
  • Lead governance meetings, provide clear stakeholder updates, and coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Manage third-party vendors and internal technical resources, translating business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Own project budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks (eg, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001).
  • Oversee secure onboarding of systems, suppliers, and services.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering IT projects in complex or multi-site environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and application delivery.
  • Experience working within structured PMO/governance frameworks (PRINCE2, APM).
  • Knowledge of Azure, O365, cybersecurity, and ITIL service management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management skills.
  • Experience working in security-sensitive environments.
  • Strong financial management and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Active SC Clearance.

The SC Cleared Project Manager is responsible for delivering a portfolio of technology projects that support digital, operational, and security objectives across the organisation. This role oversees full project life cycles-from initiation through implementation-ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals, governance standards, and security-cleared requirements. The SC Cleared Project Manager will work across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and cybersecurity workstreams, coordinating teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:
