Summary: The role of EPM Snr. Techno-Functional Engineer involves supporting the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with finance stakeholders and ensuring data integration. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, particularly in financial planning and budgeting processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and enhancing EPM processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Finance SMEs to understand business objectives and EPM requirements.
  • Review and advise on the feasibility of technical designs in line with Bank architecture.
  • Act as the technical expert on Oracle EPM Cloud applications design and configuration.
  • Share technical expertise during workshops and training sessions with stakeholders.
  • Support data integration efforts between Oracle EPM Cloud and other Bank systems.
  • Assist in the migration of existing EPM solutions to the Oracle EPM Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the Bank's EPM processes and performance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle EPM consultant with implementation experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
  • Exposure to EPM Data Integration and Data Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of other financial systems or ERP platforms (advantageous).
  • Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (advantageous).
