Key Responsibilities:
- Provide configuration, installation, and support to the network estate.
- Act as onsite technical expert/SME for LAN/WAN/Wifi technologies.
- Be part of a 2nd/3rd Line Technical Support & Delivery team.
- Ensure complex delivery in line with customer SLAs.
- Participate in customers' governance cycles.
- Conduct accurate resource planning and forecasting.
- Manage complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor and manage Voice/Data network and associated systems.
- Provide 2nd line support to resolve user faults and carry out network changes.
- Deliver technical and fault management capabilities.

ACTIVELY SC CLEARED NETWORK ENGINEERS
SC Cleared Network Engineer required by our telecoms client to work on their high profile end customer.
Need to have very good LAN/WAN, MPLS, and IP skills. This is a hands on engineering role to provide configuration, installation and support to the network estate.
Ability to act as onsite technical expert/SME for LAN/WAN/Wifi technologies and point of contact for customer.
Be a part of a 2nd/3rd Line Technical Support & Delivery team focused on the complex technical delivery activities supporting specific areas of Customer Services.
Complex delivery in line with customer SLAs
Active participation in the customers governance cycles
Accurate resource planning and forecasting
Complex incident management (Technology and Solution based).
Root Cause analysis for major incidents and escalated faults.
Operational Monitoring & Management of Voice/Data network and associated systems.
Provide 2nd line support to resolve user faults and carry out changes on the networks.
Provide technical and fault management capabilities, 2nd/3rd line support to resolve and assist in resolving network issues.
