Summary: The role is for an SC Cleared Lead Delivery Manager to oversee a major on-prem to cloud migration programme for an SME consultancy. This position requires leading matrix teams and ensuring the secure transfer of large data sets to cloud environments. The contract is for an initial six months with a strong likelihood of extension, starting ASAP. The role involves a hybrid working arrangement with three days on-site in Southern Greater Manchester and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading Matrix teams of both end-client and consultancy headcount
  • Holding responsibility for the secure transfer of large data sets to multiple cloud-hosting environments
  • Ensuring the continued access of critical data during the entirety of the programme
  • Working to government-mandated deadlines for the decommissioning of Data centres
  • A combination of Oracle OCI, Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments

6 month initial contract with very likely extension

Starting ASAP with a 2 week onboarding process

£580 per day Outside IR35

3 days p/w in Southern Greater Manchester, 2 days p/w from home

*For this role you MUST have an active SC Clearance that has been used in the past 12 months.

iO Associates are working on an exclusive basis for an SME consultancy who is looking for additional support to join their programme with one of their longest standing clients.

This role is a business critical requirement due to the size of the task.

We therefore need an experienced Lead Delivery Manager who has demonstrable experience of:

  • Leading Matrix teams of both end-client and consultancy headcount
  • Holding responsibility for the secure transfer of large data sets to multiple cloud-hosting environments
  • Ensuring the continued access of critical data during the entirity of the programme
  • Working to government-mandated deadlines for the decommissioning of Data centres
  • A combination of Oracle OCI, Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments

The softer skills we're looking for are:

  • Efficiently analyse and identify problems
  • Confidently present to, and build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be a self-starter who doesn't need direction and can confidently lead the team through Delivery
