SC Cleared Lead Automation Engineer - Non Functional

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
• Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Develop reusable automation components and improve test coverage across applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Monitor test execution results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support testing across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Contribute to test strategies, standards, and best practices to continuously improve quality assurance processes.
• Promote a quality-first culture across the development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For: Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in test automation and quality engineering.
• Live SC Clearance
• Strong experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
• Selenium
• Cypress
• Playwright
• Karate
• Postman/Newman
• Strong programming and Scripting skills using languages such as:
• Java
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Python
• C#
• Experience testing web, API, and microservices-based applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
