Summary: The role of SC Cleared IT Engineer with AV experience involves managing AV support and maintenance in meeting rooms, ensuring functionality for presentations, and maintaining inventory of AV equipment. The position requires live SC clearance and experience with AV systems, as well as a good understanding of network and telephony infrastructure. The engineer will be expected to work onsite in Portsmouth five days a week and travel to satellite locations as needed. The contract duration is from March 3, 2025, to January 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming tickets meeting targets to meet Contractual SLA's
• Perform contractual Planned maintenance in all Meeting Rooms
• Provide room support as requested for large AV presentations to ensure full functional System Operation
• Perform Daily Room checks to confirm functionality
• Perform on-going on-site Audit and Asset Register to maintain all kit located in Each AV room
• Responsible for internal AV stock of spares - keeping accurate inventory
