Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support within a secure environment.
• Work on various projects, completing builds and moves on-site in Derby.
• Collaborate with the Hardware team for break-fix and hardware diagnostics.
• Perform laptop and desktop builds.
• Participate in Tech Bar duties five times a week on a rota.
• Handle software BAU work, including 2nd line tickets and remote desktop support.
• Travel to remote sites across the UK as required.
