Summary: The role of IT Banking 2nd Line Engineer involves providing on-site support for a leading financial organization in Redhill, Surrey. The engineer will work directly with users to resolve hardware and software issues that the service desk cannot address. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for hardware and software issues.
• Resolve tickets assigned by Helpdesk/Level 2/Self-service.
• Fix users' hardware and correct cabling faults.
• Replace users' iPhones as requested by the Telephony team.
• Perform software re-builds.
• Assist in moving users between buildings and sites, including out-of-hours support.

• Experience in IT support, particularly in a banking or financial environment.
