Summary: The SC Cleared FPGA Engineer role is a 6-month contract position based in Malvern, requiring expertise in VHDL development and Xilinx technologies, particularly Zynq SoCs and RFSoCs. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test FPGA solutions using VHDL.
- Implement and optimize designs for Xilinx FPGAs including Zynq SoC and RFSoC platforms.
- Utilize Xilinx Vivado for synthesis, implementation, and debugging.
- Perform simulation and verification using Aldec tools (or equivalent such as ModelSim/QuestaSim).
- Integrate PetalLinux on Zynq or RFSoC platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level integration and performance.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with bespoke VHDL development.
- Strong knowledge of Xilinx FPGA architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Zynq SoC processors.
