Summary: The role is for an SC Cleared AWS DevOps Engineer to work on an Inside IR35 contract with a consultancy until the end of August. The position requires the candidate to travel to the Leeds office twice a week and involves writing and maintaining Infrastructure and Configuration as Code in an AWS cloud environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and supporting cloud-based applications on a Kubernetes cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing and maintaining Infrastructure and Configuration as Code in an AWS cloud environment.
- Developing and supporting cloud-based applications in AWS on a Kubernetes cluster.
- Utilizing technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Gitlab CI, AWS Cloudwatch, Dynatrace, and implementing dashboards and alerting mechanisms.
- Using Splunk for monitoring and logging purposes.
Key Skills:
- SC Clearance.
- Experience with AWS and cloud-based applications.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with Gitlab CI and AWS Cloudwatch.
- Experience with Kubernetes clusters.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
