Summary: The SC Cleared Cloud Software Engineer role is a 6-month hybrid contract based in Bristol, focusing on developing and supporting critical systems using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Candidates should have experience with various technologies including Angular, TypeScript, and Python, and be capable of managing the full Software Development Life Cycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the prioritization and definition of approaches to the full Software Development Life Cycle.
- Design, code, test, and support complex work following key principles and design patterns.
- Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods, measuring and evaluating outcomes.
- Collaborate to peer review work of others, share knowledge, and support junior colleagues.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and public cloud providers (e.g., AWS).
- Proficiency in Angular 2+, TypeScript, HTML, Node.js, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Cloud Formation, Python, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and RBAC in complex environments.
- Ability to work in an agile, multi-disciplinary team.
