Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize systems analysis techniques and data modeling to impact proposals and perform system design analysis.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-supplier environment.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making and conflict management skills.

Key Skills:

  • Change Management experience.
  • Legacy Transformation experience with complex integrated data warehouses.
  • Understanding of full Systems Life Cycles, particularly requirements and analysis phases.

Role Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 6 month contract

Location: Telford, Hybrid 2 days per week onsite

Rate: up to £506 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Clearance required: Active SC Clearance is required

Role purpose / summary

We are looking for a Business/Change Analyst to work alongside technical and delivery teams.

What do you need?

  • Change Management experience.
  • Legacy Transformation experience, particularly with complex integrated data warehouses solutions.
  • A detailed understanding of full Systems Life Cycles, in particular the requirements and analysis phases.
  • Strong communication with the ability to build and maintain good Client relationships.
  • A flexible approach with the ability to work under own initiative.
  • To be resilient in nature and able to deal with conflict management.
  • Strong decision making and judgment with influencing and presentation skills to development areas and to client base.
  • Strong evidence of skill competency around flexibility, attention to details, communicating, conflict management, decisions making and judgment influencing.
  • We are looking for a multi-disciplined individual able to identify and efficiently convey the customer's requirements through IT systems skills, communication and understanding.

You will also need:

  • To be proficient in Systems Analysis Techniques.
  • To be able to impact proposals and perform System and High-Level Design Analysis.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people who have differing levels of IT knowledge/skill.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a multi supplier environment.
  • To be able to use Data modelling techniques.
  • Experience with the Windows Suite and MS Office applications.
  • Strong experience in Requirements & Analysis on large scale and/or multi project environments, Data Capture, Data Analysis.
