Overview:
The SAP Working Instructions Writer is responsible for developing clear and comprehensive Working Instructions intended for end users. This role involves creating step-by-step guidance that enables users to understand and execute procedures accurately.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in working instructions writing.
- Finance (planning and budgeting, O2DC, PM&M) or Operations (Manufacturing and Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality)
- S/4HANA Knowledge
- Ability to understand/work with various online IT systems/applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Strictly follow a template to allow development of content to be produced in a consistent and uniformed manner
- Ability/experience to follow a project plan and be able to adhere to tight deadlines
- SAP EnableNow knowledge
- Experience in a global Matrix organisation
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in large scale S/4HANA implementations
- Pharmaceuticals experience
