Summary: The SAP Transition Lead is responsible for overseeing the handover of a multi-module SAP landscape into Business As Usual (BAU) support, focusing on various SAP modules including SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Finance. This role requires effective governance and knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth transition to stable operations. The position is based in London and offers a hybrid working model. Immediate availability or a maximum two-week notice period is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the BAU operating model and transition plan
- Lead knowledge transfer, documentation, and BAU readiness activities
- Design runbooks, support processes, escalation models, and SLAs
- Coordinate production readiness across project and support teams
- Configure and use SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring and hypercare support
- Manage hypercare, stabilisation, and ongoing governance
Key Skills:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Ariba, and SAP Cloud ALM
- Strong knowledge of BAU operating models and transition planning
- Ability to lead knowledge transfer and documentation processes
- Experience in designing runbooks and support processes
- Excellent coordination and governance skills
