SAP Trainers - EWM, PP, MM/SD (PTP/OTC) & QM
My client is seeking a number of experienced SAP Trainers to support a major SAP S/4HANA implementation programme within a manufacturing environment.
We are looking for SAP training professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- SAP PP (Production Planning)
- SAP MM/SD (PTP/OTC)
- SAP QM (Quality Management)
This is a hands-on delivery role supporting business users through the implementation and go-live phases of a large-scale SAP transformation programme. Whilst some formal training delivery may be required, the majority of the work will focus on knowledge transfer, user support, floor walking, coaching, and ensuring end users are confident and capable of operating within the new SAP S/4HANA environment.
Key Requirements
- Proven SAP training experience within one or more of the modules listed above
- Previous experience supporting large-scale SAP implementation or transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience creating, adapting, and delivering user-focused training materials
- Ability to provide floor-walking and hypercare support during critical project phases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing your own workload effectively
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and collaborative manner, ensuring colleagues and end users gain maximum benefit from your knowledge and expertise
- Previous manufacturing sector experience is essential
