Summary: The role of Systems Trainer focuses on designing, managing, and delivering end-user training for SAP S/4HANA, specifically in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process area. The position requires a blend of strong functional knowledge in OTC and expertise in enterprise systems training, aimed at ensuring successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead training strategies, develop training materials, and engage with stakeholders to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end training strategies for SAP S/4HANA with a primary focus on OTC processes.
- Develop role-based training curricula aligned to OTC business processes and system functionality.
- Own training plans, timelines, and delivery schedules aligned with project milestones and go-live readiness.
- Partner with the global training team (<5) to ensure training is delivered in alignment with project milestones.
- Collaborate with Change Management and Project teams to align training with transformation objectives and OTC adoption goals.
- Develop and maintain high-quality OTC training materials (user guides, job aids, e-learning, simulations).
- Translate complex OTC processes into clear, business-focused learning content aligned to real-world scenarios.
- Continuously improve training assets based on feedback and system updates.
- Lead train-the-trainer programs to build internal OTC capability.
- Deliver instructor-led training (virtual and in-person) to key OTC user groups and stakeholders.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and end-to-end OTC simulations.
- Provide post-go-live support, including refresher and issue-based training.
- Collaborate with SMEs, Solution Leads, IT, and System Integrators to validate training content.
- Advise business leaders on OTC user readiness and adoption risks.
- Track and report training metrics (attendance, completion, effectiveness).
- Work from the office with flexibility to travel as required.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience managing global training teams across multiple time zones.
- 5+ years delivering enterprise systems training, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven hands-on experience training users specifically on SAP S/4HANA OTC processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing training programs for large-scale ERP or finance transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, pricing, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, and collections.
