Summary: The role of SAP Trainer focuses on delivering training for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation within a UK manufacturing business. The position is ideal for a Junior SAP Trainer with up to 5 years of experience, who will be responsible for creating training materials and facilitating sessions. This contract role requires a commitment to engaging end-users and supporting a large-scale transformation program. The position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging end-user training for SAP S/4HANA.
- Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, guides and user documentation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and the project team to understand training requirements.
- Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of training content.
Key Skills:
- Up to 5 years' experience delivering SAP training.
- Experience supporting SAP implementation or transformation projects, ideally S/4HANA.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage users at all levels of the business.
- Experience within manufacturing or similar operational environments is desirable.
