Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP Trainer to design and deliver training programs for users in a secure environment. The role involves creating tailored training materials and supporting SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules and training delivery. Enhanced Reliability Clearance is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver SAP training sessions (classroom, virtual, and hands-on workshops) for business and technical users
- Develop training materials including user guides, job aids, presentations, and e-learning content
- Customize training content to align with business processes, SAP modules, and user roles
- Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts by providing change-management-focused training
- Work closely with SAP functional leads, business stakeholders, and project teams to understand training needs
- Conduct training needs assessments and measure training effectiveness
- Provide post-training support and knowledge transfer as required
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an SAP Trainer or SAP Functional Consultant with significant training delivery experience
- Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, S/4HANA, or others)
- Experience creating structured training curricula and end-user documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage non-technical audiences
- Experience working in government or highly regulated environments is an asset
