Summary: The role of SAP Time Management (PT) Functional Consultant involves supporting Reward Operations with a focus on time and attendance processes. The consultant will leverage their expertise in SAP HCM to design and configure solutions, ensuring integration with payroll and other systems. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to the office in Broughton, UK, and is offered on a contract basis. The consultant is expected to have significant experience in SAP Time Management and to provide post-go-live support and user training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for time & attendance (working time, absences, overtime, shifts).
- Design and configure SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including time schemas (PE01), time rules (PE02), time types, absence types, work schedules, and public holiday calendars.
- Ensure integration with SAP Payroll, OM, and PA.
- Create functional specs and collaborate with ABAP developers on enhancements.
- Lead/support unit, integration, and UAT testing; manage defects.
- Produce system documentation and training materials.
- Provide post-go-live support and user training.
- Identify and drive process and system improvements.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years SAP Time Management configuration and implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of time evaluation, time recording, and Payroll integration.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with at least two full SAP implementation life cycles.
- SAP Time Management certification (preferred).
- Experience with SAP HANA Time, xAtlas, or similar tools (preferred).
- Project management or team leadership experience (preferred).
