Summary: The SAP Test & Hypercare Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring the system's functionality, performance, and stability through effective testing and support. This position involves planning, executing, and reporting on test cases, as well as managing hypercare support post-go-live. The coordinator will collaborate with project managers and implementation partners to drive project success and deliverables. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in SAP testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide test planning services for the project.
- Assist with the development and execution of test cases for SAP applications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori).
- Assist in the preparation of test data for test execution.
- Ensure functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of SAP modules is conducted.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and map them to test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects in the testing phase, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test data.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of end-to-end testing cycles, ensuring the SAP system meets user expectations.
- Provide support during UAT and gather feedback from end-users.
- Perform post-implementation validation and testing to ensure system integrity after deployment.
- Manage and track hypercare support calls and manage to closure.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in SAP testing (preferably with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori).
- Experience in different testing types, such as functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Familiarity with SAP business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Project Systems) and related modules.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other test management tools is a plus.
- Experience in hypercare support processes & tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; SAP testing certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SAP functionality and configurations.
- Proficient in writing and executing detailed test cases.
- Ability to design test scenarios and test scripts.
- Defect Management ability.
- Test & hypercare reporting ability.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
