Summary: The SAP Test Analyst will play a crucial role in the Global Transformation Programme, focusing on the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud. The position requires immediate availability and involves hybrid working arrangements. Key responsibilities include test execution, UAT coordination, and process improvement, while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing within global transformation projects and a strong background in SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with personnel and third-party implementors for test execution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT tests.
• Organize and participate in workshops for testing requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Test Manager.
• Identify and implement best practices for process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Assist with cutover, go-live, and hypercare support activities.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years as a Test Analyst/Test Lead in global transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP technologies, especially S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• ISTQB certification (minimum Foundation level).
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr Scale.
• Mandatory: SAP S4 HANA.
• Advantageous: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Concur, Salesforce CRM, MS Dynamics CRM, Payroll systems, Banking systems, Saviynt, Profisee MDM.
