Summary: The SAP Technical Consultant is tasked with designing, developing, implementing, and supporting technical components within SAP systems. This role requires collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders to convert business needs into effective SAP solutions, utilizing ABAP and other SAP technologies. Security clearance at BPSS and SC levels is necessary, and the position involves working within the SAP Sovereign Cloud hosted by AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and support technical components within SAP systems.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Utilize ABAP, integration tools, and related SAP technologies.
- Guide junior developers and work in Agile/Waterfall environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP (Reports, Enhancements, OOP ABAP).
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and OData (optional but preferred).
- Understanding of SAP HANA database features (SQL, AMDP, performance tuning).
- Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, CPI, PI/PO).
- Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Team player with ability to guide junior developers.
