Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Scheduling Lead is responsible for leading full lifecycle implementations of the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Scheduling module, ensuring configurations align with business and compliance requirements. This role involves designing employee scheduling profiles and integrating the module with other SAP SuccessFactors components. The position offers a hybrid or remote working arrangement and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Scheduling module.
  • Configure scheduling rules, shift patterns, work rules, and leave policies.
  • Design and set up employee scheduling profiles and availability patterns.
  • Integrate Workforce Scheduling with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time & Attendance, and Payroll modules.
