Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst role involves leading and executing testing activities for the SuccessFactors application as part of a major SAP transformation programme. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute functional and integration testing for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Validate integrations between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA systems.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, functional leads, and technical specialists to ensure quality and consistency.
- Identify, log, and manage defects through resolution and retesting.
- Produce comprehensive test documentation and reporting throughout the testing life cycle.
Key Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience testing SAP SuccessFactors (ideally within transformation or greenfield environments).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and their integration with SAP systems.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within a hybrid model - onsite and remote.
- Must be eligible and willing to complete required BPSS, financial background checks, and provide 5 years of employment references.

Our client, a leading managed service provider, is supporting a major SAP transformation programme for one of their end customers. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst to lead and execute testing activities for the SuccessFactors application.
The project involves a greenfield S/4HANA implementation, with SuccessFactors operating as a key HR system integrated into the wider SAP landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation environment.
