Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Lead will collaborate with HR and Tech teams to develop strategic reporting for Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with a new operating model. This role involves defining requirements, delivering strategic reports, and managing governance processes. The candidate will leverage expertise in reporting solutions and Talent Acquisition technologies to drive effective service design. The position is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define and align requirements for Talent Acquisition strategic reporting.
- Design and deliver strategic reports within agreed timescales.
- Own and drive the plan for strategic reporting in partnership with the Design Delivery Lead.
- Align delivery to programme governance, including status reporting and risk management.
- Produce high-quality updates and decision documents for governance forums.
- Apply best practice reporting expertise to shape the overall approach in the context of TA technology changes.
